Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical, Material Science, or Computer Science required.
• Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Venture Capital.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist investment directors with the entire investment process, from sourcing deals to due diligence and memo writing.
• Synchronize investment strategy through regular communication with the business development team.
• Develop investment opportunity theses based on financial and strategic analysis.
• Network with top-tier VCs and CVCs to source high-quality deals.
• Participate in legal due diligence in collaboration with external counsel.
• Manage portfolio companies effectively post-investment.
• Promote a positive image of LG Group and foster relationships within the local venture ecosystem.
