Inventory Planner to join a growing team in the
Newark, NJ area and play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
What You'll Do:✓ Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and inventory levels to develop accurate forecasts
✓ Generate and maintain inventory, demand planning, and sales reports
✓ Partner closely with Sales to understand market demand and business needs
✓ Monitor inventory on hand and proactively identify shortages or excess stock
✓ Collaborate with Buyers and Sales teams to ensure inventory aligns with anticipated customer orders
✓ Utilize data analytics to drive inventory optimization and improve supply chain performance
✓ Support decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights
What We're Looking For:✓ Experience in Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related field
✓ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✓ Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
✓ Ability to interpret sales trends and forecasting data
✓ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✓ Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams
Competitive salary: $80,000 - $95,000 Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
