  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
  • Annual Salary Pay: $95,000
  • Bonus Eligibility:10% Annually
  • Schedule: This new operation requires a high degree of schedule flexibility, as shifts and coverage needs are still being developed. Employees must be available to work additional hours, days, and varying schedules as necessary to meet business demands.


The Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for leading all inventory control functions within a large-scale distribution operation, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and effective warehouse execution. This leadership role oversees cycle count programs, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, and inventory-related performance metrics while partnering closely with Operations to minimize errors, improve processes, and support customer service objectives.

The successful candidate will lead and develop an inventory team, drive root-cause analysis of recurring inventory issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen inventory integrity and warehouse productivity. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, experience utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. The Inventory Manager serves as a key operational partner, ensuring inventory accuracy, process discipline, and execution excellence across all warehouse functions.

Summary
The Manager Logistics is responsible to manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety.

Essential Functions
  • Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
  • Be responsible for the payroll of employees.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
  • Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.
  • Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
