Oversee inventory control processes across multiple warehouse and project locations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and real-time data availability.
Implement inventory policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize stock levels and reduce waste or excess inventory.
Monitor stock levels to ensure construction materials, equipment, and supplies are available as needed, preventing delays in project timelines.
Utilizes and follows True Up's Inventory Control Standard Operating Procedures.
Auditing and Reporting:
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies.
Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and potential issues to senior management.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
Loss Prevention and Compliance:
Develop and implement strategies to minimize inventory loss, including theft prevention and process inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards for handling and storing materials.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, or other inventory-related issues in coordination with warehouse and project teams.
Cross-Department Coordination:
