Job Title: Interventional Radiology Tech

Must-Have: Scrubbing and assisting in procedures; ability to circulate/operate on the back end for procedures; knowledge about equipment

Description:
Interventional Radiology Tech position available.
Facility has 10 rooms specific to Interventional Radiology.
Average of 46-50 cases per day.
Patient types include Stroke, Cancer, Tumors, and blocked vessels.
Neuro cases include strokes, ruptures, subdural fistulas, and complex Neuro cases.
Body cases involve complex bleeds and Oncology services.
Techs will be required to assist in procedures and operate equipment effectively.
The department supports 3 tech extenders who rotate through transport and inventory.
There are two techs assigned per room for procedures.
The team consists of 4 Neuro providers, including Neuro Radiologists and surgeons, along with 5 Body Docs.
Technology used includes Siemens, GE, and Philips imaging systems, as well as GE US Units.
The department culture is welcoming to new graduates and encourages preceptorship if needed.
