Job Title: Interventional Radiology Tech

Must-Have: Confident clinical skill sets; ability to work in a fast-paced, high patient acuity environment; good communication skills; attitude of helpfulness and teamwork preferred

Description:
This position is for an Interventional Radiology Tech.
The average number of patients per day is 25-30.
Patients include adults and pediatrics from various settings.
The responsibilities include performing a full spectrum of radiology exams and diagnoses.
The department has a diverse team with varying years of experience.
Technologists will work with advanced equipment including Siemens and Canon systems.
The department has strong support structures in place including a lead tech and imaging manager.
On-call responsibilities will vary and will be shared fairly among team members.
Travelers should be prepared to assist with holiday coverage unless prior arrangements are made.
The department promotes a culture of teamwork and high clinical skill.
Travelers will not rotate between weekends and weekdays; they will maintain the same shift as per the contract.
All necessary training will be provided during departmental orientation.
The working environment is fast-paced and demands a high level of clinical skill.
All team members are expected to contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
