- Hyundai New & Used Internet Salespeople (Experience Required)
Our Golden Rule Salespeople are more like Tour Guides or Customer Service Ninja's than traditional pushy car people. They assist Internet, Phone and On Lot customers with the investigation, presentation, demonstration, and negotiation of our automobiles. We work in a virtually fail proof team selling system and will team you up with layers of support (dedicated mentor/team leader) to help you every step of the way; to train, motivate, encourage, support, and serve you and your clients.

We run an activity-based dealership. We don't come to work to wait, we come to work to work. We generate tons of leads via the internet, social media, lead generation and lead acquisition. If you follow our proven process and work our proven systems, you will achieve above average results in our industry.

We can teach you automotive product knowledge and communication skills, but we cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character, and drive (we can help bring this out of you if you have it inside). We will provide you with the tools, support and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the "get up and go" - the positive attitude and the work ethic.

IN OUR CURRENT RETAIL ENVIRONMENT:- Earnings Range Estimated: $36,000 - $150,000 per year
- Sales Champions can earn more than $150,000+ annually selling 20+ Vehicles per Month*
- Achievers can earn approximately $60,000 - $100,000 annually selling around 15 Vehicles per Month*
- Average Performers earn approximately $36,000 - $60,000 annually selling around 10 Vehicles per Month*
*Based on Current Dealership Averages, Payplan and Bonus Structure. Subject to modification.

REQUIREMENTS:We do have some items we are looking for:
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to Secure a DMV Sales License (not required to interview)
