Full Job Description
The Role

The Partner Engagement Specialist supports stakeholder engagement and relationship management with international partners. This role is responsible for maintaining partner communications, facilitating engagement activities, and ensuring timely coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. The position also supports daily operations, program management, and partner outreach in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Work Location

In-person work will be conducted at the client site in Arlington, VA. Candidates must be located in the National Capital Region and able to work onsite multiple times per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain relationships with domestic and international private sector and government partners
  • Manage partner communications, including inbox monitoring, responding to inquiries, and routing requests to appropriate internal teams
  • Coordinate and disseminate partner notifications, alerts, advisories, and operational messaging related to threats and vulnerabilities
  • Monitor open-source and internal reporting to identify emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and geopolitical trends impacting partners
  • Track partner engagement activities, requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and operational continuity
  • Support stakeholder engagements by coordinating logistics, developing agendas, drafting talking points, and producing summary reports or memos
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational planning, stakeholder briefings, and engagement events
  • Draft, edit, and disseminate partner-facing communications, products, and materials


What You Will Need

  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance


Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., cybersecurity, information systems, international relations, or related discipline)
  • Experience supporting federal government clients, preferably within DHS or other national security agencies
  • Experience working with international partners or in an international relations capacity
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, threat landscape, and information-sharing practices


Successful Candidates Will Have
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing partner communications, engagement tracking, and operational coordination
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and hybrid work environment
  • Proactive mindset with flexibility to adapt to shifting operational priorities and leadership direction
  • Attention to detail and ability to quality-control internal and external communications and deliverables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); experience with Project, Confluence, or Jira is a plus


Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$67,355.00 - $114,503.00
