Primary Purpose:- Contribute to the success of the International Strategic Marketing for the Cookware category in NORTH AMERICA:
- Identify and build on consumer insights to create new product opportunities via product innovation
- Design and develop new product ranges for the region in full collaboration with the operational marketing, local sales and factory product development teams.
- Drive the innovation pipeline development with the international engineering and factory teams
- Integrate customers needs & create channel management launch offers
What You'll Do:- Project Management: Lead the development of new ranges under the leadership of the Global Director, including:
- Validation of a new product/concept/big idea
- Initiate the Briefs to the product development and Design teams
- Define engineering sound product ranges and specificities, and align with local marketing and sales
- Leading the project timelines and making sure all parties meet deadlines
- Provide specifications, code, and launch presentations to the local team.
- Actively explore and validate new business opportunities by using analytics (Nielsen's, AI, NPD data...) & trends to understand the performance of the market, competition & identify new opportunities.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Marketing. Preference for a Master's or MBA degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Innovations, consumer goods, housewares, or a closely related industry.
- Experience working with Factory engineers and Operational Marketing teams.
- Well-rounded business acumen, able to understand and balance various perspectives (financial, marketing, commercial, consumer, etc).
- Having initiative, grit, a creative mindset & acting with self-confidence.
- Demonstrated project management skills (creating a detailed project plan, building timelines, building and maintaining support from stakeholders, understanding the factory engineering technical demands, managing progress, influencing cross-functional partners, using relevant PM tools/software, etc)
- Able to analyze (trends, data, consumer insights...) and determine key learnings & priorities
- Demonstrates ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Working transversally with multiple teams fosters collaborative work with technical teams as well as creative teams.
- Demonstrates ability to learn quickly and ability to adapt and learn new processes and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as NPD, Stackline, and the latest AI design & analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Salary range of $95,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience.
