Title:
International Logistics Analyst, Senior

Job Summary:
**This position is located at Kuwait. ** This position provides technical support services for integrated and sustainment planning for the Kuwait F/A-18 Super Hornet Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program in Lexington Park, MD. (PMA-265).

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems
  • Exhibits capability in areas of production planning documents, preparing, and utilizing databases for cost analysis and financial management and maintenance of program security requirements in cognizance with ongoing program changes. Compiles and reviews budgets against actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, and other data sources to control budgets and provide for proper financial decisions
  • Maintain organized files of all programmatic/logistics related program documents and track all action items and taskers
  • Track milestones & action items based on review and analysis of LOAs, contract schedules
  • Analyzes contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to track action items, develop metrics, and track risk mitigation plans, and develop and track plans of actions and milestones
  • Develop schedule plans to meet program requirements
  • Develops PowerPoint Presentations for briefing higher level executive agency
  • Develops, modifies, prepares or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems and management information systems


Basic Qualifications:
  • BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or Relevant Technical or equivalent experience. Experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • DoD Clearance Requirement: Active Secret
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Allowable Substitution: AA/AS in a Business, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline experience (preferred) plus four years of general work experience required


Desired Experience:
  • At least (10) years of Logistics experience
  • At least (6) years of Aviation experience


Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Travel:

Regular CONUS travel (~10%) to various customer meeting locations

Compensation: $134,530.00 - $201,740.00. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
