Position SummaryThe provider will deliver high-quality medical care under the direction of the Medical Director or designee. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, care planning, and ongoing medical management. Additional duties include writing orders and prescriptions, coordinating referrals, participating in clinical team discussions, and maintaining effective communication with patients, staff, employers, insurance representatives, and legal entities as appropriate.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited U.S. MD or DO program
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Colorado Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Active Colorado DEA license (or ability to obtain)
