Interior Design Manager

  • Lead, mentor, and support interior design professionals across all experience levels.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Establish and maintain interior design standards, best practices, and production resources.
  • Serve as a technical resource for project teams throughout design and documentation phases.
  • Coordinate training initiatives and professional development opportunities within the discipline.
  • Conduct quality reviews and support continuous improvement efforts across projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong relationships with tribal partners and stakeholders.
  • Support staffing, resource planning, and workload coordination within the Interior Design team.
