Interim Nursing Home Administrator Needed! Join our Avante Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Team!

Avante Group, Inc. is seeking an InterimNursing Home Administrator for the Central FL area to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Qualifications:
• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable Federal and State licensure requirement
• Completion of a secondary education, a College Graduate, and/or compliance with current state licensure guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility at least as an Assistant Administrator.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly.
  • Must be willing to travel


Education and Experience:
• Must have at least 5 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Must have at least a Bachelors Degree.

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
