Full Job Description
Our HR Consulting Division is partnering with a client to provide interim Benefits Administration leadership support. We're seeking an HR Consultant with strategic leadership and healthcare benefits expertise, who will be providing interim support for a team of five. This is preferably a full-time opportunity that is located in Rochester, NY, and is fully on-site. The assignment is expected to last approximately three months with the potential for a direct hire.

POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, the Consultant will:
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the benefits team.
  • Support open enrollment planning and execution.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate healthcare benefit programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with healthcare-related projects and organizational priorities.
  • Work closely with benefits consultants and vendors to assess options and make recommendations.
