Full Job Description
Position: Interim Admissions/Unit Manger Nurse (RN or LPN)

Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00/HR DOE

Shift: PRN, part time, or full time. On call rotation.

Location: , 6021 N. Lidgerwood, Spokane, WA 99208

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence, providing guidance, problem-solving assistance, and support to staff as needed.
  • Partner with leadership and clinical teams to implement process improvements that enhance patient care and staff collaboration.
  • Educate patients and families regarding admission processes, treatment plans, services, and expectations.
  • Timely complete assessments, follow ups, and orders while maintaining clear communication with nursing staff, providers, case managers, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to facilitate seamless patient admissions and continued care.
  • Carry out responsibilities and other assignments as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON) to support departmental goals, regulatory compliance, quality patient care, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingly assist colleagues to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must possess a current LPN or RN license, and in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a long term care setting preferred, though not required
  • BLS Certified
  • Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
