What you will do: - Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.
- Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
- Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
- Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.
- Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
- Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
- Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team.
- Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
