Full Job Description
Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Tradecraft Evaluator for our client's requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in McLean, Virginia. Successful candidates in this position will support the customer in fulfilling the requirements of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act, Section 1019 by completing detailed reviews of intelligence products produced by elements of the Intelligence Community (IC) and directly contribute to processes that advance national security objectives. Primary Responsibility: - Support the customer in evaluating analytic integrity and standards of IC intelligence products through a program of periodic review and evaluation to ensure standards and practices are compatible across the IC. - Prepare product evaluations and observations on performance for reporting to various elements. - Schedule, attend, and draft notes in support of customer interagency engagements on analytic tradecraft, product evaluations, and product quality related issues in intelligence products. - Develop lessons learned and identify exemplary products for use by IC elements in training. - Assist in the execution of tradecraft calibration exercises between IC agencies. - Assist in the development of foundational ICD 203 training and work aids. Basic Qualifications: - TS/SCI with polygraph. - Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements. - Minimum of 10 years' experience related to tradecraft evaluation. - Expert knowledge of IC Directive (ICD) 203 standards. - Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills in written and oral formats. - Demonstrated experience navigating interagency processes and familiarity with IC organizations and staff processes. #ASBA Original Posting: August 18, 2026 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
