Summary

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties

Help

  • You will collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and integrate complex data from multiple sources in assessing the
    relevance and significance of developments in his/her assigned area(s), and in preparing new or revising prior
    intelligence products.
  • You will plan, implement and maintain data bases for intelligence assignments required to process all-source
    material and the production of technical or operational intelligence in his/her assigned area(s).
  • You will maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, services, and allied foreign
    governments to discuss production requirements and provide information.
  • You will coordinate the work of the team, establish priorities, guide team members and be responsible for accuracy and completeness of the team products.

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
  • Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
  • This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
  • This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management.


Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as:

1. Clear and effective communication skills;

2. Experience in planning and coordinating intelligence activities;

AND

3. Experience with conflict resolution, policy interpretation (to make technical or operational decisions), and analyze, evaluate, and integrate complex data to produce various intelligence and operational assessments for high-level civilian and military decision makers.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
