Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Program Manager with deep expertise in Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) and Technical Intelligence Data (TID) to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The selected candidate will provide senior-level acquisition intelligence advising and IMD/TID requirements management.  This role involves leading enterprise-level coordination, developing and administering technical intelligence requirements processes, guiding production across NASIC IMD pillars (Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming/EWIR, Characteristics & Performance/C&P, Signatures), and delivering high-visibility briefings and documentation to senior Air Force, Department of War, Joint Staff, and Defense Intelligence Enterprise leadership.

 

The Intelligence Program Manager will leverage extensive knowledge of IMD/TID tools, databases, and standards (e.g., Priorities Risk Management Framework/PRMF, Production Planning, Prioritization and Resourcing Framework/P3RF, ServiceNow, COLISEUM, Joint Staff Action Processing/JSAP, Lifecycle Mission Data Plan/LMDP, EWIR Database/EWIRDB) to support Department of the Air Force (DAF) missions and Major Defense Acquisition Programs.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior acquisition intelligence advisor to NASIC, AF/A2O, Joint Staff, DIA, Air Force Staff, and service intelligence production centers.
  • Manage and refine IMD/TID requirements across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including development, implementation, and execution of the Department of the Air Force’s P3RF process
  • Provide direct IMD/TID subject matter expertise supporting EWIR, Signatures, and C&P production across the FYDP.
  • Lead and coordinate enterprise engagements, including presenting at IMD Annual Meetings, PRMF/P3RF Working Groups, and training events.
  • Develop, deliver, and edit high-level intelligence documentation and briefings for General Officers, Flag Officers, Senior Executive Service leaders, Joint Chiefs of Staff, OUSW(I&S), DIA leadership, Air Force Staff, and Combatant Commands.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships across NASIC, NSIC, MSIC, ONI, NGIC, and other intelligence centers.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
  • Intelligence professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle to include analysis and production
  • Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish assigned tasks in support of enduring projects
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
  • Open to occasional travel

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes
  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community (IC) and Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE)
  • Demonstrated expertise in IMD/TID product lines, tools, and enterprise processes (PRMF/P3RF, EWIR DB, MEPED/MEKS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Service Now, and MS Power BI
  • Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field
  • Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)
Global Comp$130,000 - $160,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
