What You Will Do:Provide technical subject matter expertise to a team performing a comprehensive assessment of a federal organization, assist in the development an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce, identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces, create improved methods of information-sharing governance, and reporting. Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- TEN (10) or more years of experience supporting DHS, DoD, or the Intelligence Community
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Bachelor's degree in intelligence, national security, public policy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and producing actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to support complex federal programs, including stakeholder coordination and mission-focused reporting
- Experience supporting TSA, DHS Headquarters, or interagency intelligence operations
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in a program or project environment
- Familiarity with information-sharing environments (e.g., HSIN) and governance or collaboration frameworks
- Experience delivering executive-level briefings and supporting senior decision-making
- Exposure to operational modernization, process improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives
