ASSESSMENT FACTORS

1. Concisely/rapidly organizes, synthesizes, assesses and presents complex network analyses orally and in graphic or written formats while preserving data for historical and comparative analysis.

2. Supports and manages analytic network diagrams, link analysis, databases, or assessments.

3. Demonstrates in-depth understanding of entity, country, and regional network developments and targets of opportunity; key contributor during network builds.

4. Possesses experience employing innovative application of structured analytic methodologies and techniques to build foundational and trend analysis of Foreign Intelligence Entities activities.

5. Demonstrates knowledge of adversary intelligence services' methodologies, activities, and identities; assesses and evaluates intelligence gaps to develop collection requirements.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS

1. Possesses experience managing CI operational and collection requirements, analysis and production, the use of analytical tools, and briefing leaders on the impact of ongoing CI efforts.

2. Exhibits comprehensive knowledge regarding the conduct of joint or combined CI analysis, operations, investigations, or collection activities at the strategic level.
