Job Description

COLSA is seeking an Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) Analyst to support Intelligence Mission Data requirements associated with threat and target data used in the development, testing, operation, and sustainment of military systems.

The IMD Analyst will provide technical and analytical support for IMD requirements, with a focus on Characteristics and Performance (C&P) data, mission resource requirements, intelligence research, and coordination across the IMD community.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze and support Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) requirements in support of military systems and mission needs.
  • Review Characteristics and Performance (C&P) requirements and associated intelligence data.
  • Research and analyze C&P data from multiple repositories and map data to common models based on intelligence requirements.
  • Research available IMD to support identified intelligence and mission requirements and identify potential data gaps or discrepancies.
  • Support the development and analysis of mission resource requirements associated with IMD needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis of technical and all-source intelligence, as required, in support of IMD requirements.
  • Use specialized military and intelligence databases and repositories to research, review, validate, and manage information.
  • Support IMD-related requests for information (RFIs), taskings, and other customer requirements.
  • Review intelligence data and reports for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and applicability to identified requirements.
  • Develop reports, assessments, recommendations, technical documentation, and briefings related to IMD requirements and findings.
  • Develop and present IMD-related briefings to government, intelligence, and technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in IMD communities of interest, working groups, and other forums to support requirements coordination and information sharing.

Required Experience

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience supporting military or defense intelligence, Intelligence Mission Data (IMD), or a related intelligence mission area
  • Experience with IMD or related intelligence requirements, including developing or supporting mission resource requirements
  • Knowledge of military systems, equipment, capabilities, threats, or related intelligence sufficient to support mission-critical requirements
  • Experience researching and analyzing technical or intelligence information and developing related reports, assessments, or briefings
  • Experience working with military, intelligence, or other technical databases and data repositories
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • U.S. Citizenship required; Current TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in intelligence studies, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related technical or intelligence discipline.
  • Direct experience supporting MSIC IMD-related programmatic requirements.
  • Experience working with Characteristics and Performance (C&P) requirements and data.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community intelligence requirements management processes.
