Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Political Science, Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred) OR 3-7 years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with intelligence community analysis tools such as Thresher, Bodhi, and MIST.
• Deep understanding of the intelligence cycle and military operations support.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• Critical thinking skills for analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify actionable intelligence.
• Fuse data from sources like SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and cyber intelligence.
• Support operational planning with timely, predictive intelligence for warfighters and decision-makers.
• Develop and present briefings, reports, and visualizations of analytical findings.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and field operators to enhance analytic tools.
• Anticipate intelligence gaps and recommend priorities for addressing threats.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the improvement of analytic processes.
