This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. With data fusion and mission management capabilities for the Department of Defense, the combatant commands and the intelligence community, HII advances the mission around the globe.

Job Description

HII- Mission Technologies is looking for an Intelligence Analyst SME to work at MacDill AFB.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide highly specialized intelligence support to USSOCOM, its subordinate commands, and associated organizations, serving as a senior advisor on intelligence processes, mission requirements, and operational integration.
  • Apply advanced expertise across specific intelligence disciplines including All-Source, Targeting, Counter Threat, and SIGINT to support strategic planning, intelligence production, COA development, and mission execution.
  • Communicate accurately, clearly, and effectively with USSOCOM senior leadership, policymakers, and high level customers, providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and subject matter expertise.
  • Independently analyze operational problems and develop prudent, technically sound Courses of Action (COAs) that support long term USSOCOM objectives.
  • Recommend priorities for intelligence collection, analysis, resourcing, and capability development based on operational needs and strategic direction.
  • Support training initiatives by educating, mentoring, and guiding personnel on intelligence processes, mission requirements, and discipline specific technical methodologies.
  • Employ SME level technical knowledge to identify gaps, enhance mission readiness, streamline intelligence workflows, and improve integration with joint, interagency, and multinational partners.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated SME level skills in a specific intelligence discipline, including All-Source, Targeting, Counter Threat, and SIGINT with proven results supporting training, mission execution, or intelligence operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex intelligence and operational issues effectively with USSOCOM senior leadership, DoD customers, and policymakers at the Undersecretary level or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to independently develop COAs, set priorities, and apply technical expertise to support long term intelligence and operational objectives.
  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, DoD components, or national level intelligence organizations.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence processes, mission requirements, and joint/ interagency/ multinational coordination.
  • Clearance- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI
