Intel Analyst/Engineer
Huntsville, AL

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze intelligence data on missiles, spacecraft, hypersonic vehicles, and other aerospace systems.
  • Perform independent performance analysis of missile performance using 3-DOF models.
  • Synthesize executive-level briefings by vehicle class with key performance metrics
  • Provide recommendations on system characteristics that align with intelligence observations.
  • Coordinate with Government Intelligence Community (IC) analysts to obtain models and data.
  • Conduct trajectory, performance, and trade-space analyses to answer complex engineering and mission questions.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI)
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in aerospace vehicle modeling, trajectory simulation, or related modeling and simulation work.
  • Experience with missile defense system architecture and elements.
  • Ability to synthesize vehicle data and engineering inputs into usable simulation models.
  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance.
  • Ability to work on-site at an Aurex office in Huntsville, AL.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Five or more years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field.
