Top Secret Responsibilities

I2X Technologies is seeking an Integration Engineer (CDS)to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-siteand will require an active *Top Secret clearance*.

  • Responsible for the development, configuration control, deployment, and testing of Radiant Mercury Configuration (including Rules) with a primary emphasis on Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) integration.
  • Play a key role in ensuring seamless CDS implementation, configuration, and maintenance, and may be required to travel to remote locations to perform CDS installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting in accordance with Program configuration management processes.
  • Assist with Integrating Lab test suites in our development lab and the following:
    • Assist software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues
    • Develop configurations to support test and prototypes of developing systems
    • Create and modify scripts to perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data
    • Troubleshoot both test and prototype issues
    • Develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents
    • Review and provide feedback of system specifications, development, test, network documents as necessary, and represent the Integration team
    • Automate scripting to configure and maintain remote hosts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in the Computer Science field or significant equivalent experience (10 years minimum, i.e. EE, CIS, CPE, MIS, IT).
  • Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) prior to start.
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Must be an effective communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio drawing tools
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment with other highly motivated integration engineers as well as independently at times on large field projects
  • Network Management and Monitoring Systems Experience
  • Understanding of standard DOD security practices such as, STIG compliance and system accreditation implementation efforts
  • Proven network traffic analysis, diagnostic and troubleshooting experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience on Radiant Mercury strongly desired
  • Candidates with experience planning and supporting the deployment of network infrastructure are highly desired
  • Proven experience with Ansible or other automation tools, Script experience a plus.
  • Working experience with GitLab/Maven is also desired
