Job Description:
Job Summary

Responsible for designing, building, and supporting complex data integrations to enable secure, accurate, and timely information flow. Delivers analysis, configuration, testing, and Tier 2/3 support for interfaces, APIs, and data exchanges within established SDLC and ITIL practices. Ensures reliability, performance, and compliance through disciplined monitoring, maintenance, and change management. Collaborates with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and operational SLAs. Develops documentation and mentors peers to elevate integration quality and consistency.

Essential Functions
• Prioritizes and resolves incidents, requests, and project tasks while maintaining engagement through completion and meeting SLAs.
• Designs and configures integrations using HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, APIs, and interface engines, including mappings, transforms, and routing.
• Develops and executes unit, system, integration, and volume tests with clear scenarios, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Provides Tier 2/3 operational support, performs root-cause analysis, and implements permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Plans and executes patches, upgrades, go-lives, and scheduled downtimes in coordination with technical and business teams.
• Implements monitoring and alerting, analyzes trends, and recommends improvements to reliability and performance.
• Produces and maintains high-quality technical, operational, and support documentation in designated repositories.
• Participates as a process owner for scoped practices and leads at least one CSI initiative annually with measured outcomes.
• Coordinates vendors and stakeholders to align requirements, schedules, deliverables, and change controls.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree

Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.

Certifications & Licensures: HL7 Control Specialist Certification within 1 year of hire and Epic Bridges within 90 days of hire.
