Accountable for end-to-end logistics Management supporting Titan offshore decommissioning activities, including Material Readiness, Marine vessel/spread coordination and integration, Personnel on Board (POB) management and coordination of land, and air transportation.

Purpose of the Role

The Integrated Project Logistics Senior Manager is the single point of accountability for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all offshore and onshore logistics activities that support the project. Acting on behalf of the Client and Company for day-to-day logistics management and execution oversight, this role remains accountable to the Company for performance, safety, compliance, cost, schedule support, contractor management, and delivery assurance. All project logistics activities report into this role for delivery alignment, priorities, execution control, and escalation.

is position owns the integrated logistics strategy and execution model across marine, aviation, personnel movements, port and base operations, cargo readiness, warehousing, heavy-lift and abnormal loads, waste movements, customs and transport compliance, and critical path logistics interfaces. The role ensures logistics plans are built early, controlled daily, and adjusted quickly when execution conditions change.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated project logistics plan and maintain alignment with project schedules, work packs, offshore campaign dates, shutdown windows, and critical milestones.
  • Lead all offshore and onshore logistics execution, including marine support, aviation support, personnel movements, cargo control, base operations, warehousing, road transport, port activity, and waste logistics.
  • Serve as the senior logistics focal point to the Client, internal project leadership, and operational stakeholders for logistics planning, execution status, constraints, and recovery actions.
  • Establish the project logistics operating rhythm through look-ahead planning, daily execution calls, readiness reviews, risk reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Set priorities across all logistics functions supporting the project and direct resources to the most critical execution needs.
  • Manage logistics interfaces across project management, offshore leadership, marine operations, aviation providers, materials management, procurement, HSE, project controls, finance, customs, and contractors.
  • Direct mobilization and demobilization planning for vessels, personnel, equipment, and materials to support safe and on-time execution.
  • Oversee POB planning and control, including forecast accuracy, manifest integrity, bed-space coordination, travel sequencing, and offshore personnel readiness.
  • Control marine logistics activities including vessel schedules, deck space planning, manifests, port calls, cargo sequencing, and interfaces with vessel operators and port authorities.
  • Control aviation logistics activities including crew change planning, flight requests, passenger and baggage constraints, weather contingencies, and provider coordination.
  • Lead onshore logistics integration including yard and warehouse movements, laydown planning, route assessments, permits, escorts, trucking, and base support.
  • Plan and control heavy-lift, oversized, hazardous, or critical cargo movements, including route reviews, lifting interfaces, and special handling requirements.
  • Ensure logistics readiness for key execution windows, including campaign start-up, offshore lifts, subsea scopes, shutdown events, and site clearance activities.
  • Set and enforce service expectations for logistics contractors, freight providers, transport carriers, bases, and support vendors. Drive corrective action when service falls below standard.
  • Maintain risk-based contingency and recovery plans for weather disruption, vessel or aircraft availability issues, mechanical failures, customs delays, and schedule slippage.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable transport, lifting, dangerous goods, customs, immigration, security, and port or airport requirements.
  • Oversee logistics documentation and records including manifests, load lists, waybills, dangerous goods declarations, certificates, voyage records, and execution trackers.
  • Monitor logistics spend against budget and forecast, validate invoices and accruals, and challenge costs while protecting safety and service quality.
  • Provide clear and timely reporting on logistics readiness, performance, risks, constraints, and recovery actions to Company leadership and the Client.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews, issue resolution, and lessons learned to improve future logistics performance.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marine Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Equivalent operational experience may be accepted.
  • Logistics experience in offshore energy, marine operations, major capital projects, decommissioning, offshore construction, or comparable high-risk operating environments.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior logistics leadership or project logistics management role with responsibility for both planning and live execution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated offshore and onshore logistics scopes across marine, aviation, personnel logistics, transport, materials flow, and contractor interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of vessel logistics, port operations, cargo control, offshore manifests, crew changes, and aviation support constraints.
  • Working knowledge of dangerous goods requirements, lifting and transport control, customs and immigration processes, and regulatory compliance relevant to project execution.
  • Experience with budget control, invoice validation, forecast management, and logistics performance reporting.
  • Strong command of planning tools, spreadsheets, execution trackers, and reporting systems used for logistics control.
  • Ability to lead in high-pressure operating environments and make sound decisions with incomplete information and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, contractor management, and escalation discipline.
