This individual will work as part of a collaborative activation squad, partnering across Integrated Marketing Program Management, Comms Planning, and cross-functional teams to connect strategy to execution through strong coordination, communication, and operational discipline.

What you will be responsible for

  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep milestones, approvals, program and launch activities on track.

  • Drive alignment with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders by establishing shared goals, RACIs, milestones, and dependencies.

  • Identify potential risks, manage escalation paths, and drive resolution to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.

  • Maintain project and planning materials, including program plans, timelines, status and delivery trackers, and deliverables lists.

  • Support forward planning by ensuring work begins with appropriate lead time, resourcing, stakeholder alignment, and readiness planning.

2 | Product Launch Execution & Logistics

  • Drive the operationalization and adoption of launch execution processes, helping ensure key steps, ownership, dependencies, and handoffs are clear and consistently understood.

  • Serve as a cross-functional connector for Marketing across Product, Ecomm, Business Planning, Training, and Customer Support.

  • Lead planning and forecasting for marketing localizations, improving process efficiency, quality, and executional readiness across launch cycles.

  • Manage product sample, seeding, PR, and review-unit ordering workflows for Marketing by partnering with Product, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline ways of working, reduce ambiguity, improve handoffs, and increase visibility across teams.

  • Support the development and upkeep of templates, process guides, asset trackers, readiness and launch checklists, planning calendars, and program documentation.

  • Lead post-season and post-program process reviews to identify how future planning cycles can improve.

  • Strong ability to build and manage planning calendars, milestone trackers, decision logs, readiness checklists, status updates, and project documentation.

  • Strong working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheet, to support program planning, resource coordination, milestone tracking, governance, and executive-level status reporting.
