Full Job Description
Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for Internet Sales Consultants to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Imagine working in a professionally and financially satisfying job where you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our organization and customers every day. As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will actively grow our customer base using world class web-based and CRM tools, and will support the entire sales team to ensure individual and departmental sales goals are met.

Pay for this position is minimum wage plus commission. The expected pay is $70,000 - $200,000 per year.

  • Technical Expertise: Understand and use CRM and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis, and follow-up on repeat business.
  • Consistency: Ensure that all dealership websites are up-to-date and optimized to attract new and repeat business, and reflect all current promotions and advertising.

Required Education and Experience
No prior experience or training is required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Education and Experience
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)
Valid Driver's License
Driving Record the meets insurance requirements and company policy

Current and active Sales License, in states where applicable
