The Internet Sales Consultant is the driving force behind a dealership's sales success. You'll build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and present vehicles that perfectly match their lifestyle and budget. Your charisma, product knowledge, and negotiation skills will be key to closing deals and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and text.
  • Build rapport and assess customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Answer questions about vehicle specifications, performance, and technology.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
  • Guide guests through the sales process from initial contact to final purchase.
  • Finalize sales agreements and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM records and stay updated on inventory and market trends.
  • Support dealership events and ensure vehicles are sale-ready.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Experience: 1+ years in automotive sales required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Sales experience preferred; automotive knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn about new vehicle features quickly.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
