Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage leads from various sources including members, walk-ins, and networking.
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls weekly and keep thorough documentation.
  • Achieve a sales closing rate of at least 33% and meet other sales goals.
  • Quote and sell personal insurance products, educating customers effectively.
  • Support Client Service Agents with complex customer inquiries and issues.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Must possess and maintain valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty and Life and Health Agent's Licenses.
  • Develop leads using sources such as our member base plus, walk-ins, phone calls, internet leads, networking, and prospecting.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients by actively maintaining leads through the sales process.
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls each week and maintain proper documentation.
  • Meet a Sales Closing rate of no less than 33% as well as other sales goals set by management.
  • Be proficient in sales and quoting of all personal insurance products with the ability to educate customers.
  • Assist Client Service Agents in complex customer service or carrier- related issues.
  • Protect the confidentiality of all customer information.
  • Ability to suggest products and services from all AAA Central Penn lines of business.
  • Other duties as assigned.
