Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in Maryland required.
• 3+ years' experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.
• Additional bar admissions in DC, PA, or VA are advantageous.
• Strong academic background with excellent research and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in complex liability cases and various litigation types is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines and manage a high volume of cases effectively.
• Research complicated legal issues thoroughly.
• Draft various legal documents promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and support personnel.
• Attend court appearances, client meetings, and depositions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
