We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative (Sales). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
