Position Overview:As an HVAC Instructor and Content Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in heating and cooling systems and components will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in many different industries. This position delivers high-quality instruction to students, combining theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience, develops and implements curriculum, assesses student progress, and ensures adherence to industry standards and best practices. • Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 3-5 years of practical work experience in the field, design and deliver engaging educational content, adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Certifications: EPA 608/Universal is highly valued
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with students and fellow staff effectively
• Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
