Position Overview:As an HVAC Instructor and Content Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in heating and cooling systems and components will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in many different industries. This position delivers high-quality instruction to students, combining theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience, develops and implements curriculum, assesses student progress, and ensures adherence to industry standards and best practices. We believe that hands-on learning is the key to success, so get ready to dive into the world of interactive teaching and inspire the next generation to conquer the challenges of modern HVACR technology.

Qualifications

 

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: 3-5 years of practical work experience in the field, design and deliver engaging educational content, adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles
  • Certifications: EPA 608/Universal is highly valued
