This position partners closely with Business Development Officers (BDOs) to ensure that prospect engagements are well-prepared, materials are accurate and compelling, and key processes are executed seamlessly.

This role sits at the center of a high-growth segment of the firm and directly influences the team's ability to scale effectively and win new business. Given the breadth of exposure across sales strategy, content development, and internal coordination, this is a high-learning, high-visibility role and an ideal entry point for an analyst early in their career at LPL.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Development Officers by preparing for prospect engagements, including coordinating materials, logistics, and internal alignment
  • Manage and maintain prospect-facing content, including content library organization, version control, and customization for specific engagements
  • Coordinate Home Office Visit (HOV) logistics and other high-stakes meetings, including stakeholder coordination and execution support
  • Perform final deck polish to ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and presentation-ready for executive audiences
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene, ensuring pipeline data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for reporting and prioritization
  • Support NDA and RFP processes by coordinating internal inputs, tracking progress, and driving timely completion
  • Track key deal milestones (e.g., meetings, follow-ups, diligence steps) and ensure timely execution across stakeholders
  • Draft and maintain internal deal materials, including prospect profiles
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, standardization, and consistency across the sales lifecycle
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Corporate Development, Legal, Transition) to remove execution friction and move deals forward
