Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Insights & Reporting Analyst to lead the design, development, and administration of enterprise reporting, analytics, data integration, and process automation solutions. Responsible for very complex data engineering & reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform in-depth analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company for customer and employee populations. Acquire data from multiple data sources to perform analysis and reporting. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action. Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions. Collaborates with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis. Measures and monitors results of applied recommendations and present adjustments. Ensures all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to five years of data analysis experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Experience in SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online Administration
- Master's degree
- Experience in SAS
- Experience in ETL design, dataflows, semantic models, SSIS packages, AutoSys, or Alteryx
- Power BI certification or training (DAX, M-Query, Visual Design)
- Experience in statistical modeling, forecasting, and hypothesis testing
- Experience in financial services
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Visio, process mapping, and automating processes with Power Automate
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights
- Ability to mine data, analyze data, and present insights or concise visuals
- Strong decision-making, consulting, research, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization, product management, and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on storytelling and explaining concepts in simple terms
- Microsoft Power Platform certification or training
- SQL Server, SAS, SharePoint Online, AutoSys, Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure certification or training
- Experience with enterprise data governance programs
- Experience supporting large-scale reporting and analytics environments
Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
