What You Will Do:- Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads
- Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
- Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
- Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
- Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
- Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
Our Ideal Candidate:- High School Diploma
- Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 1+ year of Sales experience
- Experience in a fast pace, high volume environment
- Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
Preferred Attributes:- Bachelor's Degree
- Insurance sales or service experience
- Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
- 1+ year experience working in a call center environment
Pay Details:Base pay for a Licensed Sales Consultant:
$43,680 - $49,920 / year* (DOE)
+ uncapped commission and
performance bonuses*Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base pay, generous commissions, and performance bonuses. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year
