The Opportunity

This position works out of our Orlando, FL and Livermore, CA locations in the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business.  Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges.

As the Inside Account Executive, INR you’ll have the chance to work with providers that prescribe/manage warfarin to sell our INR Monitoring services and Digital Solutions.

What You'll Work On

  • Contributes to overall growth for assigned territory by meeting or exceeding defined New Prescription goals, including growth in suitable active patients.
  • Contributes to achieving Acelis Connected Health digital adoption sales objectives within assigned territory.
  • Meets/exceeds customer calls expectations per week.
  • Makes outbound calls and handles inbound inquires for prospects and clients via telephone and utilizes email to build relationships and raise awareness of Acelis Connected Health services to support clinics and their patient needs.
  • Builds rapport with clients, assesses needs, emphasizes clinical importance of home monitoring, and begins a working business relationship by obtaining referral(s) from healthcare providers for patients to enroll in Acelis Connected Health services.
  • Uses sales and negotiating experience to overcome barriers to adoption of prospective customers resulting in remote monitoring program development and expansion.
  • Educates clients on the ongoing management of active patients including clinic and patient test reporting options, compliance process, and patient education materials.
  • Provides superior service and ongoing support to clinic customers, including marketing information regarding Acelis Connected Health offerings.
  • Initiates compelling clinical, evidence-based, and business-based sales telephone conversations with all customer call points regarding Acelis Connected Health service offerings.
  • Maintains contact based on an established communication plan with facilities to ensure that service-level commitments are being met.  Escalates service issues internally as appropriate.
  • Maintains subject matter expertise in Acelis Connected Health services, clinical support materials and uses resources effectively.
  • Demonstrates consistency, proficiency, and accuracy in daily use of Acelis Connected Health operating systems directly related to specific job function.
  • Actively engages in entering, reporting, and reviewing relevant information in Salesforce.com database for ongoing customer retention and growth and the referral of new customers.
  • Participates in development opportunities and on-going training.
  • Maintains courteous and respectful working relation with all sales and service partners and all teammates.
  • Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with all regulatory and Government agencies to include HIPAA requirements.  
  • Strictly adheres to Acelis Connected Health Standards of Conduct.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to make decisions while following company procedures and governmental guidelines.
  • Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
  • Communicate both in writing & verbally in a clear, professional, and concise manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applicable experience with Acelis Connected Health or Abbott.
  • Experience with mainstream office software including MS Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com

The base pay for this position is

$24.65 – $49.25/hour

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
