Expected salary range of $80,100 to $89,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of PositionImplement the Access Authorization (AA), Fitness for Duty (FFD) and In-Processing Program elements in accordance with standard procedures in order to grant unescorted access to individuals at Constellation Clean Energy Centers or deny as necessary.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities- Ensure proper implementation of Constellation's Access, FFD and in-processing to ensure consistency within the fleet and evaluate individuals requesting unescorted access for trustworthiness and reliability through review of criminal history, derogatory information, interview and collection of documentation for final disposition as to whether a person can be authorized unescorted access. Schedule required psychological clinical interviews.
- Coordinate final decisions for individuals requesting unescorted access with in-processing and maintain the company's unescorted access denied list• including 30-day access review process.
- Support site In-processing within designated stations to implement cost effective in-processing and interface with Major Mod Contractors, contractors and building trade Business Agents related to process improvements for In-Processing.
- Point of contact for other utilities regarding the transfer of background information for transfers, Personnel Access Data System (PADS) and suitable inquiry requests.
- Support activities related to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) critical group, Insider Mitigation Program (IMP), and Behavioral Observation Program (BOP)
- Assume responsibilities of the Security Access and FFD lead, when appropriate.
- ILLUMINATE, security web site, and chemical program administrator
- All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience OR•
- Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience OR
- High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience OR
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Preferred Qualifications5 years' experience performing confidential background investigations or similar tasks
