***Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus dependent on hired FTE - paid in 2 installments***
The Inpatient Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy.
Work Schedule:
- 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/week. May have the ability to accommodate a lesser FTE (down to a 0.5 FTE - 20 hours/week) for the right candidate.
- Monday through Friday daytime hours with weekend and holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications:- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure
Preferred Qualifications:- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience
