Job DescriptionCentra Hematology Oncology is seeking an APP hospitalist to join the group at Lynchburg General Hospital.
This new and exciting position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of oncologists and nurse practitioners. The position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5:00pm.

ResponsibilitiesYou Can Expect:- Admits and discharge patients
- Consults and rounding
- Some management of chronic health conditions.
- Performing new hematology consults in coordination with the collaborative physician.
- Assistance in developing the new oncology care model to improve patient care and outcomes.
QualificationsRequired Education: Masters Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant School
Required Certifications and Licensures: Current licensure by the State of Virginia as a Physician Assistant ACLS
