About the Role:

The Innovation Solutions Engineer plays an essential role in driving technological advancements that improve member outcomes and operational efficiency. This position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions. The Innovation Solutions Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including healthcare professionals, data scientists, and product managers to understand complex healthcare requirements and translate them into technical solutions and the work from this role will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery by creating reliable, secure, and scalable applications. The role demands a strong commitment to quality, compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement to meet evolving industry standards. Ultimately, the Innovation Solutions Engineer's contributions will help enhance member outcomes and support the mission of providing accessible and high-quality healthcare services.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with a demonstrated proficiency in web-focused programming languages required.
  • Experience with scripting languages and HTML5 for web-based interfaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop secure and compliant software solutions in regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
