Overview

Credence has an immediate need for a Innovation and Integration Support Intelligence Data, Systems, And Architectures to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the IC Tools Branch (A25T) in the ISR Systems/Capabilities Division (A25).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
  • Support ACC, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), and subordinate units in tracking, integrating, and evaluating existing and emerging technologies across the TACS, PED, analysis, and targeting enterprises to ensure ISR capabilities, systems, equipment, and components operate at required specifications and deliver highly accurate Intelligence products.
  • Apply knowledge of system and technology integration, ACC-owned and operated ISR platforms, and multi-discipline ISR architectures to identify promising technologies, assess non-materiel solutions, and recommend capabilities likely to meet warfighter requirements.
  • Assist the Government in developing multi-discipline ISR architectural products and services, research and development tasks, schedules, test plans, and exercise or experimentation activities.
  • Monitor compliance with prescribed regulations and instructions related to analyses of alternatives, materiel and non-materiel solution modeling and simulation, and cost analyses.
  • Analyze technological inadequacies, deficiencies, and capability gaps that affect multi-disciplined ISR mission objectives, programmatic goals, and Command ISR requirements.
  • Contribute to and maintain ISR tasks, databases, architectural archives, project data, and associated activities across multiple Command echelons.
  • Support configuration baseline management efforts and forums that identify, validate, codify, track, and satisfy Command ISR gaps, tasks, and requests for information (RFIs).
  • Develop empirical and qualitative assessments for ACC decision-makers regarding technology and procedural impacts to current and programmed ISR systems, sub-components, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and organizational structures.
  • Participate in Joint C4ISR experimentation, tests, operational exercises, innovation events, and system development and integration activities using current IC and DoD component-standard ISR tools and applications.
  • Support units and Numbered Air Forces (NAFs) conduct exercises and experiments across the TACS and AFTE to ensure training meets required standards and identifies training gaps.
  • Assist ACC, USAF, and other organizations in developing training and certification materials, instructional products, processes, and schedules that enable AF personnel to exercise emerging capabilities, retain critical skills, and maintain certification standards.

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
