Responsibilities

• Review customer project requirements for injector system installations
• Provide technical requirements and planning documentation to stakeholders
• Coordinate reviews of documentation for compliance with installation requirements
• Obtain and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of equipment
• Organize installation and training schedules with customers and internal teams
• Verify site readiness for installations, including electrical and structural checks
• Act as primary project coordinator between sales, customers, and service teams
• Monitor project timelines, resolving conflicts or readiness issues proactively
• Maintain detailed project records and communications according to company standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and complete required training
