Full Job Description
What this job involves: The Ingenious Build Platform Lead serves as the primary functional expert on the Ingenious Build platform, supporting project managers, account team, and the client across all phases of onboarding, adoption, and ongoing enablement. This role sits at the intersection of product knowledge and people enablement - translating complex system functionality into clear, actionable guidance that drives consistent and effective use of the tool across the business.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Training & Enablement
  • Lead onboarding and training for new users across waves and accounts, including live demos, hands-on walkthroughs, and job aids.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, quick reference guides, and SOPs that keep pace with product updates and evolving workflows.
  • Support wave planning and coordination to ensure the right users are trained at the right time across the rollout schedule.
  • Drive change management efforts as the product evolves, communicating updates and retraining users as needed.

Adoption & Support
  • Serve as the first line of support for functional questions, triaging issues and escalating true system or technical problems to the appropriate team.
  • Identify where users are struggling and close those gaps through targeted coaching and enablement.
  • Document escalation paths so it is always clear when a functional issue becomes a technical one, and who owns resolution.
  • Partner with the BI/Analyst role to ensure data entry and system usage is consistent and supports reporting accuracy.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a functional resource for both internal teams and client-facing engagements, including enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with project leadership to ensure the tool is being used consistently and correctly across all accounts.
  • Participate in client meetings and account reviews where Ingenious product knowledge and guidance is needed.
  • Maintain a strong presence across accounts during active wave rollouts, with travel or on-site support as required.

Product & Continuous Improvement
  • Capture user feedback on what is working and what isn't, and surface insights back to the product team.
  • Contribute to product roadmap conversations from a functional and user experience perspective.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards around how the tool is being used across the business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system updates, new feature releases, and any configuration changes that impact end users.

Required Qualifications:

  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Ingenious Build functionality and workflows - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Experience in software training, enablement, or adoption support in a commercial real estate or project development environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex system functionality into simple, actionable guidance for non-technical users.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workflows and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Client-facing experience and confidence presenting to enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and rollout coordination.
