Au sein d’une équipe composée d’une vingtaine de d’ingénieurs et de projeteurs et rattaché·e au Manager Ingénierie, vous participez aux revues de projets avec les équipes de la Direction Technique des Spectacles, en êtes le principal interlocuteur et réalisez les études nécessaires pour corriger, fiabiliser et faire évoluer en continu les équipements de scènes et de spectacles. Vous intervenez sur des enjeux majeurs de sécurité, fiabilité, maintenabilité et performance opérationnelle, contribuant ainsi directement à l’excellence de nos expériences.

Par votre expertise, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction de nos visiteurs et dans la pérennité de la magie Disney, en agissant au quotidien dans le respect des Cinq Clés Disney : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Missions principales :

En tant qu’ingénieur.e scènes et spectacles, et en partenariat avec la division Live Entertainement, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

- Participer à la revue de conception technique d’installations scéniques et des chars des nouvelles parades.

- Définir et valider les solutions techniques (mécanique, automatismes, effets scéniques, interfaces scène/salle).

- Garantir la fiabilité, la sécurité et la maintenabilité des installations.

- Gestion de validation et de la diffusion de la documentation (plans, mode opératoire, note de calcul).

- Assurer et renforcer un support technique auprès des services supports (Maintenance Attractions, Ateliers de production, Contrôle Qualité...) et les autres services de l'ingénierie (Ingénierie de support opérationnel, Ingénierie des systèmes automatisés...)

Profil recherché :

- Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5, idéalement en Génie Mécatronique.

- Expérience d’au moins 5 ans en bureau d’études, idéalement sur un poste similaire.

- Vous avez des connaissances en C.A.O. (solidworks, Autocad).

- Connaissances des environnements scéniques (machinerie, effets spéciaux, automates, pyrotechnie) serait un plus.

- Niveau d’anglais intermédiaire avancé (B2) requis.

- Capacité à travailler en mode projet, avec des interlocuteurs variés

- Des missions d’astreinte technique le weekend et jours fériés.
