Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste technique passionné(e) par les systèmes avioniques et électriques, prêt(e) à contribuer au développement de solutions technologiques de pointe. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez l'amélioration, l'expansion et le remplacement de capacités ou de systèmes avioniques sur des plateformes existantes, ainsi que le développement de nouvelles solutions, tout en respectant les normes de certification civiles et militaires.

Au sein de l'équipe ingénierie des systèmes, vous collaborerez avec des experts, participerez à des projets variés, et aurez l'occasion d'approfondir vos compétences dans un environnement axé sur l'innovation et la collaboration.

Responsabilités principales

Dans le cadre de votre rôle, vous pourrez être appelé(e) à :
• analyser les requis de projet, de production et de certification et proposer des solutions avioniques et électriques adaptées ;
• participer à l'intégration de systèmes : sélection des composantes, compatibilité des interfaces, schémas électriques et requis d'installation ;
• rédiger ou mettre à jour des plans de certification, plans de qualification ou matrices de conformité ;
• préparer ou exécuter des essais fonctionnels ou de certification (plans d'essai, analyses, rapports) au niveau composante, système ou appareil ;
• gérer et mettre à jour les requis techniques dans l'outil de gestion des requis ;
• effectuer des analyses techniques (électriques, thermiques, sécurité, compatibilité électromagnétique, etc.) ;
• soutenir les essais en laboratoire (SIL), les essais au sol et en vol, ainsi que des activités de dépannage ;
• collaborer avec les fournisseurs de systèmes avioniques (affichage, navigation, communication, senseurs, systèmes de vision, gestion véhicule, etc.) ;
• réviser la documentation technique des fournisseurs et participer aux échanges techniques ;
• communiquer fréquemment en anglais avec les équipes Bell hors Québec, les fournisseurs, les partenaires et les clients.

Qualifications requises
• Baccalauréat en génie électrique ou avionique.
• 5 ans et plus d'expérience pertinente en aérospatiale ou expérience équivalente.
• Connaissance pratique des systèmes avioniques et électriques.
• Maîtrise d'un outil de gestion des requis techniques.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome sur des tâches de complexité intermédiaire.
• Excellentes compétences en anglais (oral et écrit) ; le français est un atout.
• Bonnes aptitudes d'analyse, rigueur, leadership et autonomie.
• Familiarité avec différentes normes de certification ou de qualification aéronautiques (civiles ou militaires).

We are looking for a technical specialist passionate about avionics and electrical systems, ready to contribute to the development of advanced technological solutions. In this role, you will support the improvement, expansion, and replacement of avionics capabilities or systems on existing platforms, as well as the development of new solutions, while ensuring compliance with both civil and military certification standards.

Within the Systems Engineering team, you will collaborate with experts, participate in a variety of projects, and have opportunities to deepen your skills in an environment focused on innovation and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you may be called upon to:
• analyze project, production, and certification requirements and propose suitable avionics and electrical solutions;
• participate in system integration, including component selection, interface compatibility, electrical schematics, and installation requirements;
• draft or update certification plans, qualification plans, and conformity matrices;
• prepare or execute functional or certification testing (test plans, analysis, reports) at the component, system, or aircraft level;
• manage and update technical requirements in the requirements management tool;
• perform technical analyses (electrical, thermal, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, etc.);
• support laboratory testing (SIL), ground and flight tests, as well as troubleshooting activities;
• collaborate with avionics system suppliers (display systems, navigation, communication, sensors, vision systems, vehicle management, etc.);
• review supplier technical documentation and participate in technical discussions;
• communicate frequently in English with Bell teams outside Quebec, suppliers, partners, and customers.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or avionics engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant aerospace experience or equivalent.
• Practical knowledge of aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with a technical requirements management tool.
• Ability to work independently on tasks of intermediate complexity.
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written); French is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, leadership, and autonomy.
• Familiarity with various civil and military aerospace certification or qualification standards.

• Commercial programs: obtaining and maintaining the required Reliability security clearance.
