Cherchez-vous à faire partie de leaders de l'innovation énergétique? Nous recherchons un Ingénieur de projets Senior, Innovation et commercialisation. Dans ce rôle, vous exercerez un aspect pratique de l'ingénierie et de la gestion de projets en participant à différents projets liés à la décarbonation tels que l'intégration des boucles de chaleur récupérée, la production d'énergies renouvelables (électricité et GSR), la gestion de la pointe électrique, la capture et la valorisation du carbone. De plus vous veillerez à commercialiser ces technologies de pointe et présentant aux clients les solutions pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs de décarbonation.

Ce que vous ferez:
  • Proposer des solutions innovantes en termes de procédés, services et produits, aux clients actuels et futurs de Enbridge Gaz Québec.
  • Développer les partenariats (académiques et/ou économiques) pour assurer la qualité et la célérité des projets.
  • Déployer de nouveaux capitaux afin d'assurer la croissance de l'organisation.
  • Réaliser les projets dans les budgets et les temps impartis.
  • Fournir une expertise technique et un soutien aux départements internes tels que: les ventes, la construction, les opérations, l'ingénierie, et la direction sur diverses opportunités d'affaires.
  • Collaborer avec les différents services de l'entreprise (Réglementation, Finances, Ventes, Marketing)
  • Participer à la stratégie de communication des projets transition énergétique, et préparer divers rapports internes/externes.
  • Autres responsabilités au besoin.


Qui vous êtes:
  • Ingénieur inscrit à l'ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • Un diplôme universitaire de 2eme cycle dans un domaine relié au poste (ingénierie, sciences, économie) souhaitable.
  • Au moins 7 ans d'expérience, dont 5 ans dans des postes de responsabilité au sein du cycle d'innovation dans le secteur de l'énergie.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles/de communication, d'analyse, d'organisation et de négociation.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement, à la fois verbalement et par écrit. Cela inclut la capacité à interagir efficacement avec ses pairs, et les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Puisque cette personne devra interagir fréquemment avec des collègues, intervenants et clients qui ne parlent pas le français, il est requis que cette personne possède une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Capacité de gérer efficacement et de prioriser le travail et de régler les problèmes promptement.

Atouts:
  • Expérience en énergie, hydrogène, GNR, transport, carbone et/ou technologies apparentées

  • MBA, PMP, Certification CEM

Are you looking to be part of the leaders in energy innovation? We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer, Innovation and Commercialization. In this role, you will apply practical engineering and project management expertise by participating in various decarbonization projects such as integrating heat recovery loops, producing renewable energy (electricity and RNG), managing electrical peak demand, and carbon capture and utilization. Additionally, you will ensure the commercialization of these cutting-edge technologies by presenting solutions to clients to help them reach their decarbonization goals.

What You Will Do:
  • Propose innovative solutions in processes, services, and products to current and future Enbridge Gaz Québec clients.
  • Develop partnerships (academic and/or business) to ensure the quality and speed of projects.
  • Deploy new capital to ensure organizational growth.
  • Deliver projects within budget and allocated timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal departments such as sales, construction, operations, engineering, and management on various business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various company services (Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Sales, Marketing)
  • Participate in the communication strategy for energy transition projects, and prepare various internal/external reports.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.


Who You Are:
  • Engineer registered with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • A graduate degree (Master's) in a field related to the position (engineering, science, economics) is desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience at positions of responsibility within the innovation cycle in the energy sector.
  • Must be a resident of Québec
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. This includes being able to interact well with peers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Must be fluent in French. Since this person will need to interact frequently with colleagues, stakeholders and clients who do not speak French, they are required to have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize work efficiently, and to resolve issues promptly.

Prefered:
  • Experience in energy, hydrogen, RNG, transportation, carbon and/or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of markets related to clean energy and GHGs.
