Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required.
• PharmD strongly preferred.
• Active/Good Standing Florida Pharmacist License with the state Board of Pharmacy.
• Two years of infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
• Active Immunizing Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold the organization's culture, acting as a coach and mentor.
• Convey clear performance expectations and enforce accountability within the team.
• Administer daily functions necessary for patient care and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with prescribers and clinical staff to enhance health outcomes.
• Collect and evaluate prescriber medication orders for appropriateness and safety.
• Provide pharmacological consultation and make therapy recommendations based on clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
